About ME
Evelyn Grace is one of the most dynamic real estate developers and cross-asset investors of the new generation in the United States. She seamlessly combines her systematic training from a top California business school, Wall Street-level capital thinking, and real-world experience in Los Angeles. Over the past 12 years, she has led her team to complete the entire closed loop from land acquisition, planning and design, financing and construction to asset exit, covering the East and West Coasts of the United States and 20 high-growth states.
In 2014, she founded CWF Real Estate Development (later renamed CWF) in Los Angeles County with her own funds. In its first year, it acquired three residential sites totaling 180 acres and sold them all within 24 months, achieving an IRR of over 68% for a single project. The company subsequently expanded rapidly, becoming one of the few boutique developers capable of managing multiple states and multiple product lines (single-family homes, rental apartments, and mixed-use commercial complexes). Currently, its projects under construction and in the pipeline have a total saleable value exceeding $500 million. Since 2016, its headquarters have been relocated to New York City.
Beyond physical asset development, Evelyn began investing in crypto assets as early as 2015. She is an angel investor in Bitcoin, Ethereum, and multiple Level 1 blockchains. Before the 2020 bull market, she allocated some of her equity exit funds to institutional-grade DeFi protocols and Web3 infrastructure, achieving a peak single-account return of 17x. She hedges traditional real estate cash flow with high-growth crypto assets, building a highly resilient family-scale investment portfolio.
